From first call to first campaign, in five steps.

Each step takes a few minutes. Do them in order and we'll be ready to launch your first campaigns within days of kickoff.

Kickoff call

We meet your team, align on goals, budget and timeline, and walk you through what comes next.

Share access

Grant us access to your ad accounts and analytics so we can audit, build and launch on your behalf.

Sign the agreement

Review and e-sign your service agreement. Clear scope, clear terms, no surprises.

Set up payment

Add your payment method securely through Stripe. Your subscription starts when we go live.

We launch

Our AI engine, supervised by senior media buyers, builds and ships your first campaigns.

Step 2

Share access to your accounts

We need access to run and measure your ads. Pick each platform you use and follow the short guide. Always invite contact@armadagrowth.com.

Google Ads

Access level: Admin access
How to share
  1. 1Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  2. 2Go to Tools & Settings, then Access and security.
  3. 3Click the blue + button and enter contact@armadagrowth.com.
  4. 4Choose the Admin access level, then send the invitation.
Have your 10-digit Customer ID ready (top right of the screen).

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Access level: Partner / full control
How to share
  1. 1Open Meta Business Settings at business.facebook.com.
  2. 2Go to Partners, then Add, and choose to give a partner access.
  3. 3Enter our Business Manager ID (we'll send it to you).
  4. 4Assign your Ad Account and Page with full control.
Adding us as a Partner is faster and safer than adding individual people.

Google Analytics 4

Access level: Editor access
How to share
  1. 1Open Google Analytics and go to Admin.
  2. 2Under the property, click Property Access Management.
  3. 3Add contact@armadagrowth.com.
  4. 4Assign the Editor role and save.
This lets us read conversions and verify tracking, never your billing.

Website / Shopify

Access level: Staff or collaborator
How to share
  1. 1In Shopify, go to Settings, then Users and permissions.
  2. 2Send a collaborator request or add staff for contact@armadagrowth.com.
  3. 3For other platforms, give us access to install and verify the pixel.
  4. 4Tell us which CMS or site builder you use if it's not listed.
Optional but recommended so we can verify tracking end to end.
